I am dedicated to supporting children, parents, and families as they navigate everyday challenges and big life changes. I partner with families who want to connect more deeply, create secure attachments, build confidence, and navigate the systems they live in. 

My therapeutic style is collaborative, curious, and empathic. I draw from child-centered play therapy and psychodynamic principles to meet each client where they are and honor their inner world. I enjoy using creative approaches to help children and caregivers stay engaged and interested. I believe therapy can be a special time during the week that families can look forward to!

At the heart of my practice is a relationship-centered and strengths-based approach. I view every client as the expert of their own experience and find that lasting change occurs when individuals feel safe and accepted. That’s why I work to create a nonjudgmental space where children and parents can explore, grow, and heal.
