My approach integrates principles from child development, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences shape present patterns. In a supportive and reflective space, we’ll deepen emotional insight, develop meaningful coping strategies, and create space for more aligned and fulfilling relationships. Therapy becomes a place for reflection and integration—like exercise for the mind—where you can strengthen inner resources and move toward the life and connections you hope to create.
