I seek to support adults, adolescents, and families in finding deeper connection, healing, and joy within their relationships and within themselves. Whether you’re an adult navigating life’s challenges, a teenager finding your footing, or a parent seeking to understand your child and strengthen your family, I offer a warm and collaborative space for exploration and understanding. My expertise is rooted in working with children and families, with an extensive background in child development, trauma-informed practice, and psychotherapy of young children. This foundation gives me a uniquely relational lens when working with clients of all ages because so much of adulthood and adolescence is shaped by our earliest experiences and relationships.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as those navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. My hope is that together we can build a therapeutic relationship that becomes the foundation for lasting change. During our work together, I provide a holding space where you can explore the connections between past experiences and present challenges and identify the patterns that may be getting in the way of the relationships you are seeking to build with loved ones.
I draw on relational and culturally responsive approaches, honoring that mental health is shaped by our personal histories, relationships, and the broader socio-political world we live in. With children, I use play-based or talk therapy depending on each child’s development.
